I need some assistance with an issue I have with my 1998 740i. I just installed rear control arms on the left and right side.
Now the car is boucing over every dip and bump it rides like its been lowered 2 to 3 inches. If I try to push the rearend down it does not give any.
I hope someone can point out if I installed the control arms incorrectly or something I may have missed during the installation.


Help!!

did you torque the control arms with the car on the ground? They need to be tightened with the full weight of the car on all four wheels. If not you get the results you have.
