ok something is leaking from my car. Closer to the bumper cover, its a clear color, has no small, oily to touch, but no small at all ( and i know for sure thare is no tranny or motor oil leak)

condensation i dont know abount couse its a constantly coolant i think its a green color

Need to locate the cause/source of that leak QUICK before you find yourself stranded waiting for a tow truck. Known culprits are the nipple, expansion tank and radiator itself. Not a bad idea to replace/upgrade associated cooling components specially the hoses (t-stat and water pump if OK can stay)

Power steering fluid, perhaps. Generally found on the floor in close proximity to the left front wheel, to the inside of the wheel and slightly aft of it. Good luck, and git 'r fixed, before you end up 'in a fix' as 'kromdom' implied.
