Kevlar 02-07-2007, 01:24 PM Sorry man ... not me. You know they have a new track down in Opa Locka (it's only a 1/8mile) but it's probably closer. egyptntree 02-07-2007, 01:45 PM Ehhh I like 1/4 mile tracks. Kevlar 02-07-2007, 02:26 PM This track is half as long, but it's half as far too ... I don't like the 1/8th mile either. hooRAH 02-07-2007, 05:32 PM I'll probably start going when my project is finished - I work right across the street, so its a quick jump over on my way home. egyptntree 02-07-2007, 07:13 PM I got lazy and didnt go today. AKA I fell asleep on the couch. bimmeracer3 02-08-2007, 04:45 PM i might go to midnight madness next week if i have off from work. egyptntree 02-08-2007, 07:09 PM i might go to midnight madness next week if i have off from work. L3000C 02-14-2007, 04:03 PM wtf i thought they closed the track? the new Top Gear showed that the track is closed... unless maybe the strip is open...anyone care to clarify? cosmos95m3 02-15-2007, 02:53 PM PINKS (the show) is there this weekend. My buddy is running his car on Sun. Should be interesting. egyptntree 02-21-2007, 10:56 AM Going out there tonight. Am I gonna see anyone out there? cosmos95m3 02-21-2007, 12:03 PM If I get my tires today...... hooRAH 02-21-2007, 01:46 PM I'm getting closer to finishing my car, I get the trailing arms and the differentials back today, and when I finish putting them in, I'll bring the car up for the transmission Brandon. Really looking forward to getting it done, and getting to see the shop. Mabye I'll come across the street sometime and see you run, let me know when you're going. bimmeracer3 02-21-2007, 02:59 PM I should be getting my car back today. my car has been in the shop for 2 weeks now to replace rtabs   Hopefully we can all get together for a track day soon. hooRAH 02-21-2007, 03:04 PM I should be getting my car back today. my car has been in the shop for 2 weeks now to replace rtabs   Hopefully we can all get together for a track day soon. Yeah, that'd be fun, I'd be intersted in going. I'm supposed to get my trailing arms back soon, the shop has some colorful words to describe the work they had to do to get the RTABs out. egyptntree 02-21-2007, 03:20 PM I thought RTABs were something you could do yourself. hooRAH 02-21-2007, 03:47 PM From what I've heard, you can press them out if you have the tool on the E36. On the E34 however, there is no one I know of that sells/rents the tool, and I've also heard theyre considerably more difficult. cosmos95m3 02-21-2007, 08:15 PM They are a pain on the E36 as well. I am doing mine on Sat. I should have my AA headers by tomorrow, so I'm going to make a day of it. Cant wait! |
