I have a set of springs from an H&R Cup Kit that fit non-M E36s.
Springs have less than 20k miles on them, I just switched to H&R Sport.
These springs will give an E36 a very nice drop (approx. 2" rear, 1.5" front) while retaining stock ride.

I'll snap a couple pics this evening and post them up.

I'm located in the metro Atlanta area.

why did you switch? are the sports stiffer?

Yes, the Sports are a little stiffer, and do not give as much drop as the Cup Kit Springs.
