does your Z4 have bluetooth, if not ,you need the accessory installed at the dealer . even after that ,the available phones that are approved is very limited . may be better getting a parrot bluetooth system ,very easy to install and works with a variety of phones.

I don't think it will, but just IMO ,the mic on the steering column is not that great. the parrot has a nice mic that should be mounted near the visor area.people that you are chatting with will hear you much better with clarity.

Gotta agree with RayClubSport...I paid the dealer to put in the bluetooth upgrade in my 2005 Z4 and frankly, it was a complete waste of money. The mic is terrible, and with the top down, no one can hear me anyway--and it was a pain finding a Verizon phone that worked with the system when it was installed. I got a bluetooth headset and it's a much better (and cheaper) option.
