No pics of progress on the car :( but imagine new front brake hardlines and a completely removed front and rear suspension.

However, I did buy the Corvette filter/FPR which I am going to be using.

Here are some pics for future reference of the Corvette filter/FPR (NAPA Part #3737) and the Dorman 800-120 and 800-121 the connectors for the inlet side of the filter. I couldn't find Dorman 800-155 which connects to the filter outlet.

I had no idea how compact the FPR was :)

Why did you need to replace the brake lines?
I had no idea you you could get quick disconnects on the fuel lines can you set this up for the fuel filter as well?

both front lines had some damage to them so I replaced them - as long as the car is all apart why not :eyecrazy

That is the fuel filter as well :)

Not quite engine conversion material.

Not trying to sound like an ass, just a lot of people fought to have this forum. Just hate to see it cluttered with OT and the forum get revoked.

:rolleyes This is exactly on topic and precisely the type of thing for which this forum exists.

I moderate another (non-BMW) forum and would be happy to pitch in here.

Didnt realize you were doing an LS2 swap, just thought you were some guy swapping in misc corvette parts. Sorry about that.

Just trying to lookout for a lot of the guys that wanted this forum bad.

Is he including them in his kit now? How about a fuel pump upgrade? I sourced fuel parts on my own, would've been nice to buy from 1 source and save on shipping.

He includes the FPR, hoses and fittings (or not if you don't want them). He does not supply a fuel pump.

The Walbro GSS340 was a very easy swap, and made sense to me since it was a small amount of work to swap it out compared to the overall amount of work in the conversion.

Thanks. I have one ready to install :)

I got sidetracked by the suspension but will be back into the conversion process as soon as I get that wrapped up.
