i have a set of obd2 manifolds i am not going to use. they have been modified to use on an obd1 car. the air ports have been welded shut and i have ground down the openings for max air flow. looking for what i have into them, $150 shipped. i will have pics up tomorrow.

i didn't cover the sensor holes, all you need is two oil pan bolts in the right size from parts store. they should only be about $4 each bolt. to weld the ports for the secondary air pump and have it sanded was $50

dammit.. my credit card is burning a hole in my pocket... Any idea how hard it will be to uninstall mine and bolt these up ? Know of any significant gains on non vanos motor ?

they would take about 6 hours to do (save about 2 hours with 1/4 inch air rachet), a 1/4 inch 11mm universal socket (not a universal and then a socket but the actual socket is a universal joint) will save your life on this project. there isn't much research done but from what i have seen there is a slight improvement in air flow over the obd1 manifolds. and they weight 10 lbs less then the obd1's. some say it also changes the exhaust tone a little.

Curious what these would do for my S50 with AA mid and GenIII.

don't know. they are said to flow just a little better and weight half of that of the s50 manifolds. that is what i was going to do. but do not feel like spending the time changing manifolds again.
