View Full Version : What are leasing going for the 335i LUIS 01-31-2007, 06:58 PM What are they leasing for? Sport package is what I only need! Jhunter 01-31-2007, 07:02 PM What are they leasing for? Sport package is what I only need! Too general a question. Depends on coupe or sedan, the amount of discount dealers are giving in your area, term of the lease, mileage allowed on the lease etc. Based on your question I can say $300-$900 a month. LUIS 01-31-2007, 07:06 PM Base 335I sedan with only option would be sport package. Maybe 15K a year aristanet777 01-31-2007, 07:49 PM For a manual sport package coupe with no money down (36month/12k a year) good credit and taxes rolled into the payment, i got quoted $750 aftp302 01-31-2007, 08:36 PM Based on the January BMWFS rates for a 335i Sedan, 36 month lease, 15k miles per year the residual is 61%. Using a base price of $40,995 for the car (car plus sport pkg plus destination) and assuming you get no discount off of MSRP, the lease would look like this: (cap cost - residual)/term=base pmt (cap cost + residual)*money factor=monthly interest base pmt+monthly interest=payment (40995-25007)/36=441.11 (40995+25007)*.00150=99.00 441.11+99=$540.11 You would need to add sales tax to the monthly payment in bold above as well if your state collects taxes on the monthly payment as opposed to up front (this varies by state). Your up front costs will consist of your 1st month payment ($540), security deposit ($550), acquisition fee ($625), and title/registration/tags, etc. Since I can't estimate the last part for you, you're looking at a minimum of $1715 plus the last items. A few notes: 1) The dealer can mark up the money factor and acquisition fee. Negotiate these back to the BMWFS rates. 2) The BMWFS numbers CAN change monthly so you'll need to check the February numbers when they're released (the numbers haven't changed since November, but they could change for February). 3) You should be able to get $1000-$1500 off the MSRP of a sedan, most dealers are discounting them. Different story for coupes. 4) BMWFS rates are posted here (http://forums.roadfly.com/forums/financing/) monthly but be patient, it usually takes until the 4th or 5th of the month for the new rates to show up. 5) BMWFS leases are not tiered based on credit so as long as you qualify, you're in. Your credit score does not change the rates they are able to offer. Hope all this information helps. steveo242 01-31-2007, 11:14 PM Good info on the residuals e4voip 02-19-2007, 01:53 AM I put $5300 Down and have everything you'd want - Sport, paddles, step, etc...
