I was considering getting the MB Quarts speakers that replace the 3 door speakers on each side. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get these cheap, and what type of amp you recommend. A/D/S? Phoenix Gold..... etc. How involved is the install? Is it a do it yourself, or a shop job? Thanks.
I can get these speakers for $155, these are the drop in replacements for E36 cars. It comes with the musiccomp crossover. I would recommend using a the PPI 4400 amp, I can get it for $325. It is a 4 channel amp 4x100. Most people also go with JL Stealth boxes for the rear. I can't get these at the shop that i go to, there is no tax either and I am not making any profit. Email me if you have questions.

What model are these speakers that you can get for $155? These are 3-way MBQuarts? I might be interested...
I'm not sure on which model they are... but they are the 3ways. I'll get the exact model number asap.
