Ok I have a DASC on my M42 and originally I had the unichip installed and kept the rising rate fuel pressure regulator on and got great results running the stock 7 PSI of boost. I later decided to bump the boost to 10.5 PSI, get rid of the RRFPR, install 34# injectors, and retune the unichip. Now my car has several driveability issues. I took my car back four times with no luck and no progress made. I have an idea that I think will make my car easier to tune. Now this isn’t ideal, but I want this situation to be over. As long as my car runs well at current boost levels I’ll be cool with that. I want to stick with the same tuner for now since he does the rework for free since I’ve spent so much in the past on this same issue. Here is my idea, let me know what you think.
Keep the boost at 10.5 PSI
Reinstall the rrfpr
Upgrade the fuel pump
Reinstall the stock injectors
Retune the Unichip.

Stock injectors will not support 10.5 psi even with an RRFPR.

Does not seem so. I'd like to go somewhere else, but I haven't found anyone else in the area that tunes the unichip and I don't have the cash to start from scratch with something else. :(
