So I have a 1994 325is M-technic. Basically a 325is w m3 looks.
I bought an s50 motor and a zf trans.
couple of questions.
Injectors are the same on the m50 /s50 correct? 17.5 lbs.
Should I replace the slave cylinder with an m3 one? and what's the difference?
If I buy an m3 driveshaft wich I will, will that bold right up to my lsd?
And I have a 413 non ews computer in my car right now. I was told that I could put a non ews m3 chip in my computer and I would work. Is that true?
Also when installing trans is there any seals or gaskets that I should replace while I am doing this?
Thanks

NO need to switch driveshaft, tranny, or slave cylinder. I'm not sure about the chip thing, I would use the M3 ECU. There's a rear main seal on the engine you will need. Other than that, check everything over like the clutch and fly before installing everything.

You can get an M3 chip for that the DME, I do believe the early 95 M3 actually used the 413 DME.

Since you have the zf trans you will need the shorter m3 driveshaft, check the output shaft on the diff for the bolt pattern probably 6 but could just as easily be 4.
Go with 24lb injectors and a 3.5 hfm with a conforti 413 chip for that.
Replace the slave while your in there. I am not sure of the differences if there are any.
Enjoy the new found power!

Here is a picture of my rear end. I took it down when I replaced all the subframe bushings. Looks Like I have the 4 bolt pattern. What does that mean?

That means get a 4 bolt driveshaft or switch the output shaft with a six bolt diff.
Btw 4 bolt shafts are the most common from my experience.
best of luck!

I would suggest you weld a support plates where the sub frame mounts on, for more info go to turnermotorsports.com

Yes I already did that when I had the subframe down. My suspension is totally solid.
