Zippylock 01-30-2007, 03:11 PM is it hard to swap the vanos w/ soleniod?? or is it hard and very time consuming? - i have thought about switching to a lower milage one as i heard the can break down, but didn't know how difficult the replacement process would be?

Not easy. You definitly need some mechanical skills, not to mention some special tools.

They are stock exhaust manifolds.

Not sure exactly, but it is fully functional. It has been tested and works fine. I just took it off my car less than a month ago.

Is the air pump a secondary air pump? You listed it with low miles how many miles does it have on it?
