So i got a set of 18' Chrome e46 m3 wheels and the backs fit fine, and the fronts needed spacers on my 92 535i, Now it gets tricky i put two spacers on the front right and the rims fit perfectly, then i put two spacers on the front left and the rim hit the strut, so i thought the rim was possibly bent so i took it to a shop and it isnt bent but they dont know why it wont work. Any help?

You didn't mention how much more spacer you need for clearance, I assume not much. A couple of thoughts, camber adjustment could be off enough to cause the clearance issue. And even if the adjustments measure the same, there is often enough difference in platform alignment from the factory, that the strut angle will be different on each side to achieve equal measurements. Of course, unless you have camber plates, there is virtually no provision for camber movement. I assume the suspension has never been damaged, which could obviously cause alignment problems. You didn't mention how much spacer thickness you are using. If it's more than about 20mm, I would forget the whole idea and change wheels.

You do know that the offset of 2 of the wheels are different? Perhaps you have mixed them up?
