Not to mention the chrome window trim..... SomeBMWGuy 01-29-2007, 10:34 PM Here's a question for you guys. The article mentions that it will have a 90 degree cylinder banks with offset crank pins. Why is that? A 90 degree block for a V8 is perfect. You can have either a 90 degree crank or 180 degree crank with that setup. sOuNdOcToR 01-30-2007, 07:28 PM hmm...i dunno if i like the looks of it agreed M3SHO 02-13-2007, 03:57 PM thing is hidious Team BM 02-13-2007, 05:29 PM sort of reminds me of the 335 Z3speed4me 02-14-2007, 11:08 AM might have to see it in person to make up my mind.... anyone think that it MIGHT be at the nyc auto show??? EThirD 02-14-2007, 07:13 PM That definately still looks like a chop. cemimms 02-15-2007, 12:12 AM Who wrote the article? They say that its supposed to do 0-60 in about 5.0 seconds, which is supposidly 0.2 seconds faster than its predecessor. I though 4.8 seconds was what BMW always claimed the manual e46 M3's 0-60 to be. I doubt they would let out a new M3 with a slower 0-60! dub2shoe 02-15-2007, 02:25 PM Unless it will look completely different from the posted pictures, which I don't think it will, the production car will look hideous. Doesn't look agressive at all. It looks like the design took more of a Lexus approach to a sports car. Just a weird looking body kit that's going to be marketed as "agressive", with minimal changes to make the car actually look better, rather than just different, than a non-M. Congrats Bangle, you have officially fucked up the best car in BMW's lineup. widebodye30 02-18-2007, 01:31 AM Unless it will look completely different from the posted pictures, which I don't think it will, the production car will look hideous. Congrats Bangle, you have officially fucked up the best car in BMW's lineup. Alright I mean what is everyone expecting. We've all known that BMW styling is in an uncontrollable downward spiral ever since the the E65. I mean honestly as far as styling is concerned Bangle's BMW's are garbage. Somebody needs to shoot that guy:devillook . Any volunteers?:evil2 paintshop 02-18-2007, 01:35 AM looks like a toyota or huyndai williamm3 02-23-2007, 08:55 PM That's a Honda Accord? Maybe I'm an old man at heart, but I think the e36 and e30 M3's are awesome looking... e46 is slightly downhill. now this?
