V8 in a e30? wowww, car is nice, but only engien I could ever see in this kind of beast is 3.5L staright six 260HP form Alpina

Nice, but on the site I noticed he called said the engine was from a vette instead of a GTO. Not really a big deal since they are the same engine but with a 100hp difference I believe.

No hp diff, unless you are thinking LS7 vs LS2 (or LS6)

I've seen this car in the the flesh at a BMW show, very nice !

The owner(Wayne?) is a nice bloke too, didn't mind answering stacks of Q's about the swap.
