View Full Version : FS: Eibach front sway bar [E36 M3 - B Stock]
GroovinPickle 01-25-2007, 09:31 PM SOLD
This is left over from my car from when I was running in B Stock. If you're planning on autocrossing an E36 M3 in stock class and you don't have a sway bar yet, this is the one you want (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=253505). It's a noticeable improvement on the street, as well.
It saw one season of use and maybe 5000 total miles. You can see from the pictures of the bushings below that they're in good shape. Asking $150 plus shipping. End links are not included, but can be for a price. They have less than 1000 miles on them.

GotCone? 01-26-2007, 10:58 AM You had the front tire much higher than that at WR in 2006. I saw it first hand as I worked your heat. :p
Good luck with the sale.

It's certainly a crowd-pleaser. Now if I could just get closer to the cones...
saltshaker185 01-28-2007, 05:25 PM theres no way to hook this to 325is struts without welding on a bracket, is there?
Cosmo M3 01-28-2007, 06:07 PM how much is it to ship to 16510?

No, but couldn't you use your current sway links that connect to the swaybar on this bar?
From my experience the bar itself is interchangeable, just have to link to the specific place (control arm or strut).

I'll say $20, although it'll probably cost me more than that.
WTFCIRCUS 01-29-2007, 10:02 PM How does these compare to Dinans Front Sway?
How does these compare to Dinans Front Sway?
dinan's front swaybar is a joke.
a stock 95 m3 front bar is 22.5mm. a stock 96+ m3 front bar is 23mm.
the dinan front bar is 22.2mm :rolleyes instead of stiffening up front & rear bars, they just stiffen up the rear bar a little bit, reduce the stiffness of the front so it creates more oversteer with more body roll.
this eibach front bar is 26mm. one of the beefiest bars out there.
uncleben 01-30-2007, 02:40 PM Do you know if later on I would like to add just the rear. Will I be able to just buy the rear? I have looked around and most places would sell them both F & R together.

Yeah, they're sold as a set. I had to buy the set and sell off the rear one to recoup some of the cost.
However, I will say that I'm now in a class that doesn't restrict my sway bar choice (front or rear) and that I'm still running the stock rear bar (I just went a little stiffer with springs in the back).
