Interested, How much would these drop my car... I have H&R sport springs and my car is low Enough I have 2 inches clearance for part of my wastegate and turbo downpipe... So just can't go any lower.
but i am looking for Progressive Springs Oh ya this is for a E36 328is

I know they will lower the car (based on the spring perch and where you have it set), but I can't tell you how low.

Jordan these are not progressive rate springs. They are race springs of 2.5in inner diameter, which need appropriately sized spring perches usually found in race coilover suspensions. If you have H&R sport or race springs with stock spring perches, these will not fit.

Not sure as you'd have to ask Ground-Control. These are for 96-99 BMW M3 (E36).

Just so everyone knows, these springs fit only coilovers or other modified (racing) suspensions that take 2.5"-inner-diameter springs. They do not fit the stock suspension on any BMWs without additional parts such as spring perches, adjusters, etc.

On a different note, this is a great seller and I recommend him to everyone!

Read the buyer (Todor's) response to your question. That's the answer.

Thanks for the comments Todor.

Again these springs are from the Ground-Control race setup.
