just install my SuperSprint. build quality is the best i've seen. and looks great from the back of the car. however, it's a bit too quite for my taste.

(don't get me wrong. i hate loud racey exhaust.)

i had SS on my 95' M3, and it was louder than it is now..... will it gets a bit louder when it broken in?

Super Sprint is the most quiet exhaust i have heard so far for the E46 M3.

Suggestion - remove a resonator?

first of all, whats the millage on your car?

I had an Supersprint installed on my '03 at 2000miles and i barely heard a difference in sounds, but now i'm at 3200miles and the exhaust is definately getting louder! so give it sometime, you wont be dissapointed!

I also had an SS on my E36 M3, had it put on at around 20k miles and it was pretty loud compared to stock, by the i hit the 25k\30k it started sounding better and better everyday!

2700 is nothing give it some time, by the time you hot 3700 you'll definately notice a difference!

btw, can you post pics of your exhaust? i just wanna see how pipes hang, when i got mine installed they sorta' sagged a little, but now they're much better, i guess it's an SS thing! :dunno

yeah, when i first got it installed, it's leaning towards the driver side, and looks a bit too low...... i remember i've seen you pics & question, so i make extra attendion to it. but once it's on, car lowered, and a few days later, it seems fine to me. i'll try to post some pics later....

I had the SS muffler on my car with the SS midpipe, and trust me, install the midpipe w.o the resonator....U will enjoy it much, much more.
