Unless I have some other racing commitment, I will be at the June Patroon Glen event. So far, I am only registered for the March 24th PDA event at LRP and the NY Chapter Pocono event on April 13th. I will register for the Glen as soon as I am sure I can make it.

I'll be at both those LRP and Pocono ones too. :D
I'll see ya there. I'll be in the grid for the Pocono 4/13 one. I would tell you to look for the Alpine E36 w/ Kosei's but there will probably be 7 of them there.

P.S. Sorry for the hijack.

Chris.. its the south shore at the start of suffolk county.. prob 45-60 mins depending on traffic and the road you take .. its straight down sunrise hwy or southern state pkwy

I just checked "the big board" at my shop and, if anything, I'll be at BeaveRun the weekend before the Glen for an SCCA National. I'll just go straight to the Glen from Beaver, if that is the case. So... I registered for the Glen event with Patroon. See you there!

:redspot

And, yes, we are asily accessable from the Southern State and Sunrise Highway. 45 minutes to 1 hours sound right, coming from Queens. You can probably do it in 30 - 40 minutes on a Saturday morning.

What do you mean, "in the grid"? Are you volunteering?

Christoper,

Wish I could make one of these events but it's really far. I will also be at the March 24th PDA event. In a new car, who knows what problems I'll find with this one. What group will you be in?

Hey Dan,

Fairfield is about 2+ hours away, kinda far for some coffee, but you are always welcome. I haven't run with PDA in a while, so I will either be passing a lot of people in Intermediate or giving a lot of point-bys in Advanced. What will you be running now?

I believe they put me in group 3, which is upper inter I think. I am not really sure, I also haven't run with PDA much. I hope I'll be giving point-bys I always find that more fun and educational then passing everyone. I actually got another 95 e36 M3 with the same rwhp (230) and same suspension. Hopefully, it won't have the same teathing problems.

See ya there, Deadphan. I think I'm in Int. Lower (white). Only been to LRP once and it was forever ago. I suppose re-learning it in freezing temperatures isnt a good idea.... Shaved Blizzaks? :D

How many people on average come for coffee on saturdays?

We have had zero to 15 people show-up on any given Saturday. I'd say 5-7 guys on average. We hope that number grows as the days get warmer. It's just a bunch of guys hanging-out, drinking coffee, eating doughnuts and talking racing.
