Last year, when I took my car in for emissions testing here in Georgia, my car was bone stock. Now I'm thinking a CAI would look and sound good under the hood.

Will I face any problems if the guy doing the emissions testing sees that the intake isn't stock? Or does he only care about finding engine fault codes?

I'm pretty sure that you'd be OK. It's perfectly legal and I don't think they're all that concerned with your intake. You will pass the emissions no question so you'll be fine.

Yeah you will be fine. They didn't even look under my hood.

Thanks, guys! I figured I wouldn't have any problems, but I wanted to be sure.

Yeah, mine has a CAI and it wasn't an issue at all. Now, if you're talking about the AA Track Pipe, that's a whole different matter. :( Stupid emissions testing...
