The windsheild washer fluid stopped working a couple of days ago, but the reservoir is full. Even though its cold outside I dont think that the nozzles are frozen because the weird thing is that the sprayers on the headlights works just fine. Any input would be appreciated.

I am assuming that you have topped-off both tanks, not just the headlight washer tank.
If you have the cold weather package, it is unlikely that the front two nozzles are frozen. Does the rear wiper washer work? If so, you may have an issue with the front pump or clogged front lines. If the rear doesn't work, you may have a clogged windshield washer reservoir outlet.
This should be easily covered under warranty as long as the MINI has <50,000 miles and is <48 months old.

If you don't have xenons, you will have only one reservoir.

Koopa, maybe you could help me as well. My wife drives a 06 MCS, and I think the piping from the washer bottle to the nozzles in front have come off. Every time I fill up the tank, it just leaks out the bottom.
How do i get to the washer bottle? Any online pages on this? The blinking light will drive me nuts, and I can't fill it up at the moment.
Thanks
Gus

Gus,
Assuming that you are covered under the MINI warranty, I vote for having your dealer take care of this! However, if you are being driven insane by the blinking light, you may want to follow the general instructions below.
The windshield washer reservoir and the washer pump are located behind the right front fender. Access can be had by turning the front wheels to the right so that you have room to work on the rear portion of the front fender lining. You may opt to remove the right front wheel, too.
Remove the fender lining fasteners and move the lining enough to get access to the reservoir. You will see the hoses against the fender at the lower portion of the reservoir by the pump. Check that they are tight and look for any telltale washer fluid marks on the lower portion of the reservoir and the pump. At this point, it would make sense for you to have someone pour a bit of fluid into the reservoir as you check for leaks.
There is the remote possibility that the reservoir, the pump, or the hose connectors may be cracked. In that case, you may be able to disconnect the the black electrical harness connector to stop the light from blinking...not sure if that will do it though. That may buy you time to get the MINI scheduled for service.
Good luck!
