Looks really good. How well does it quiet the road noise?

How much if you don't mind me asking?

It quiets the road down quite a bit...so much so that I kinda miss the rasp. I am impressed by how well it fits to the car...very solid.
I got a great deal... $500 for the top, $500 to ship and $125 for the BMW adapter brackets.

Curious what are the adapter brackets for?

On the hard tonnaeu you'll see a blank about the size of a matchbook on each side. Before you put on the hardtop, you pop those blanks out. In the hole is the hardtop adapters that hold the top on (they lock the top) and they also provide power to the top (for the dome lights and rw defroster).

Gosh Dave,
That really looks good. I've been searching the 04 & 05 M3s that are for sale, but I always pass by the verts, just don't like the looks and all the noise. But after seeing what your car looks like, I may very well pick up on a vert after all. Thanks for the photos.

Thanks FB. This is my second M3 vert....and not my last. Yeah, you give up some performance, but there's nothing like a hot summer night, top down and and the sound of a WOT on an M.
