no, unfortunately not. you need to be in the 12-20 range for offset. those sound like a 3 series offset.

I think that the only 5x120 wheels you'll find that have the correct hub diameter will have the right offsets. And E39 uses a unique diameter for the hubcentric centering ring and if you try to use wheels from any other BMW model they won't fit.

so very true, the center hub bore must equal 74.1 and you need a 5 on 120 bolt pattern. i am not sure on the spacers, i know there are some on here that run them. I never have.
