There's a guy on this site or maybe it was on E46fanatics? He(UKChris or ChrisUK, too lazy to search, anyway) does custom V1 mirrors. Pretty damn nice, but also pretty pricey too. His site is www.radarrack.com. He has a few examples on there. Again, they're pricey,but IMO, if you want a nice clean look, it's worth it. Hope this helps!
