Newbie to the site. I just have a question about my passenger seat. It is twisted and not sure wat is wrong with it. It is getting worst every day some one sits in it. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it and how.

Thanks in advance

mine did the same thing along time ago, well of course its not normal and it will only get worse, you got to fix the cables that control the seat movement, its hard to explain and it has been a long time, they are either on the back of the seat or underneath but when you find them check the cables that come from the motor to see which one detached its self, you will most likely have to order new cables just find out which one it is

That's your new Bible. The repair is somewhere in the website...

Lol, that site rocks! I was just thinking about the bf.c E34 crew and that site today. We should all start carefully documenting repairs and upgrades to add to it. It's a fantastic start, but more could certainly be added.

someone needs to take over operations of it. Bruno doesn't have the time anymore with his racecar projects and every day job....

Ok fellas I have my seat apart in the back. its snowing here and nothing is open for me to get the right tools to completley take my seat out. Are the cables in the back or on the under side of the seat? I took the back apart and I am seeing the motor for the head rest.
All help would be appreciated. I looked threw that link and could not find anything about breaking the seat down.

Thanks fellas
