Have anyone sucessfully installed 255 wide tires on a 4 door E36 without rolling the fender. If yes, let me know what is the tire and wheel specs. Thanks.

Stick with 235s, in my opinion, they are the best. 245s are pushing it without rims, 255s are just impossible without modification. If you have rims, go with 245s, you don't want anymore than that. More than that won't be right for the car, unless you plan on a widebody kit or something similiar.good luck. There seems to be plenty of UL and controversy about the 255s being okay on the back of the 4-door. :dunno cpt97M3 01-10-2003, 09:25 PM Had to spend a few minutes with a wooden shovel handle on my 4 door, but then the Kumho's I run are wider than some 255's.
