View Full Version : what a POS! Crusty320 01-16-2007, 11:01 AM ...http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=670014 Broly238 01-16-2007, 11:02 AM :rofl that guy is stupid. Crusty320 01-16-2007, 11:07 AM not really funny if you own a dog, which I do not. he's a scum bag.... Broly238 01-16-2007, 11:16 AM I own a dog, I was laughing at the fact that he is so ignorant/stupid he thought it was the right thing to do. e21gangsta 01-16-2007, 12:08 PM i gave that asshole a piece of my mind :) JTFormula 01-16-2007, 01:10 PM I surprised no one forwarded this thread to the Bangor Maine PD AE101 01-16-2007, 01:38 PM From Bangor, huh.. I'm suprised he didn't take it home and make some steaks, and mount the head on his wall. That guy is a pretty cold mofo right there.. Stories I could tell you guys about locals from around there... VNG704 01-16-2007, 01:45 PM whatever... I would of just kept driving after finding it was just a dog... MattE21 01-16-2007, 03:11 PM Leash Law. He should have called the cops right then and there. The owner is responsible for any damage that the car incurred from the dog. The owner is in the wrong. 320ipyro 01-16-2007, 03:20 PM i used to live where dogs got hit EVERY DAY... if the dog is in the road, then thereis nothing anyone can do but try and stop if its safe to do so. if someone is to put there life in danger to keep from hitting a dog, then they are retarded. peta can jump on my ass all they want, but a persons life is more important then a dogs. its a damn good thing he didnt drive into a ditch or siomething trying to dodge the dog strad 01-16-2007, 03:21 PM yah I second that. The dog should have been under control, either inside the house, on a leash or behind a fence. That said, throwing it in the woods is pretty cold and heartless. If someone ran over one of my Poms I'd rather they come to my door and tell me. Beats finding the dog squashed in the street. Not that that would ever happen, since my dogs are under my control at all times. 320ipyro 01-16-2007, 03:25 PM we used to have dogs that would get out of our fence and gethit all the time. most of the time the people werent even nice enough to move them out of the road, they just kept going. i think him moving it was nicer than leaving it in the road to get squashed some more e21gangsta 01-16-2007, 04:02 PM yah I second that. POMS AS IN POMERANIANS, THATS NOT A DOG, THATS A RUNT LOL,JK marinersfan 01-16-2007, 04:12 PM I was scared and flustered, and anxious to get drunk. Ah once again some stupid moron puts getting drunk over doing the right thing. Next time you'll be looking for a front end after you decide to hit another car head on instead of a dog. Kinda hard to hide a car in the bushes. Maybe then they'll only detain you for 24 hours and THEN you can go get good and drunk. Nothing is funny about this story. You just really DO suck at life. Better find another life or who knows? Maybe it'll be YOU frozen in someone's headlights next time and YOU'LL end up the the bushes. That's karma buddy! rjk3rd320is 01-16-2007, 04:38 PM i woulda moved the dog over to the side of the road and waited for the owner to come out. a black lab woulda fucked my car UP. sonomaGTLN2 01-16-2007, 05:34 PM i dont understand the last post in that thread. "he drives an E21, it should be obvious"...no where in that thread did i see mention of an E21, aside from Crusty's cars info. E21 owners are now scapegoats:confused AJ strad 01-16-2007, 06:05 PM POMS AS IN POMERANIANS, THATS NOT A DOG, THATS A RUNT LOL,JK To keep the domestic peace, I let my wife talk me out of a Doberman, which is what I wanted. Poms are cute though. Crusty320 01-16-2007, 06:43 PM I think tyVil is talking about e21gangsta's commentthats just as bad as a hit & run with a person asshole. get some balls and handle your responsibilities... but you are right- he's an ass too throwing a comment like that in there...more proof e21's are not respected in the bmw community. I found this link right after it posted. I'm not sure why I posted it here for everyone to read but...it seemed arrogant, and distasteful to just throw a dog in the woods like he was trying to hide it. .....I came across a fresh hit last year on textile road. So fresh the steam was still rising from the black lab. His inners ripped open, I turned back...I had too. Call me a pussy. It was struck twice again before I could pull the dog to the side out of the way. I was crushed. I pulled the collar and called owner. a lady answered and said her husband would be right over...she asked me if (forget the name now) was being friendly and how I caught him. I had to explain the dog was dead, she hung up on me. 10 minutes later a NFL look alike showed up....and immediately fell to his knees. He ended being the O-Line coach at Eastern - one big dude. He stated the dog had been out for a few hours, which later pissed me off because they weren't even looking for the dog yet. It ruined my night, but I felt I did the right thing.... typhoon320i 01-16-2007, 09:07 PM I surprised no one forwarded this thread to the Bangor Maine PD What would they site him for? He didn't commit a crime. He just sounds like a stupid kid who handled a legitimate accident poorly. Euro320iRacer 01-16-2007, 09:42 PM What a dumb ass, I couldn't believe what he did... Anyways, the guy who threw the bat, shouldn't of done that, way out of his line even tho he killed his dog. rjk3rd320is 01-16-2007, 11:06 PM both of them made bad decisions the stupid guy for leaving his dog out... my dog runs away alot but i live on a private road so she only goes to the neighbors house and deosnt have a chance of getting hit by a car. the dumb fuckin kid for feeling extra special and throwing a dog in the woods. do the right fuckin thing and call the owner to let him know his dumbass forgot his dog and now its dead... i hit a cat once and called the owner to tell them... lady didnt even notice, she had like 50 cats in her house. jjgbmw323 01-16-2007, 11:49 PM Agreed. They are both wrong. You have to keep a close eye on your animals so that does not happen. The owner was wrong for letting his dog roam. But the kid was even more wrong for hitting the dog, and not stopping but throwing him in the woods. Accidents happen. You can try to be a man and say sorry. How the heck is this related to e21s anyway??? Crusty320 01-17-2007, 12:07 AM it's not...i linked it outta disgust when I found it in the wtb list...then it was moved, then it was locked...maybe broly can lock this one now. Al Canuck 01-17-2007, 12:34 AM You guys are missing the big picture here. How the HELL does a kid like that, who values getting wasted with his buddies, over the life of an animal, someone's beloved pet, actually get to earn enough money to drive a car, nevermind an E38. And if it's his parents car, how the HELL did the people who are succesful enough to buy an E38, get to that stage in their lives? Anyone who would raise a kid like that, should not procreate. Al EFreak 01-17-2007, 04:20 AM One word guys, TROLL. They come and go, he just wants attention b/c mommy didn't hug him. Leave him be and he will be gone soon. erzengel13 01-17-2007, 10:05 AM You guys are missing the big picture here. Al SERIOUSLY!!! I agree that the owner did make a poor decision throwing the bat... I would have grabbed a gun. Not so much for the fact that he hit my dog, but for the fact that he threw it in the woods. That is just disrespectful to the owner AND the dog. If I hit someone's dog, I would be devistated. But I wouldn't run away, the owner reserves the right to know. And Al, it is those who attain their wealth through exploitation that end up with cars and children as such. Lack of common decency and manners. Not to mention common sense. Just think how the parents will feel when they are old a feeble and their own children won't even look after them. That's my revenge. VNG704 01-17-2007, 01:02 PM ...He just sounds like a stupid kid who handled a legitimate accident poorly. what he said^^^... end of story. "let he with no sin cast the first stone." ....so all you who are talkin' crap about the dude who "chucked" the dog "have always" done the right thing? "...he just handled it poorly" i guess if we all acted like you perfect guys then the world would soo much better. 320ipyro 01-17-2007, 01:26 PM what he said^^^... end of story. In Vermont. If you hit a cat you don't have to stop. If you hit a dog, you need to stop and go tell the owner. Oizo 01-17-2007, 01:35 PM You guys are missing the big picture here.
