Hey guys im in the market for a E46 to replace my LEXUS GS400.

I have found a few i like in Black and silver, but i came across this nice Phoenix Yellow(my girl hates the PY color) M3 for $26,000 with 33,002 miles with nav, im ok with the color even thow i prefer white .

the car has a clean car fax so far ,but how do i go about checking to see if the engine recall has been addressed and what else should i look for ?

NOTe: the car was traded in for a new Z06 so its at a chevy dealer not a bmw dealer :(

That is the best price I have seen. I am sure its fine. Just call a BMW dealership with the VIN to see about a recall.

didnt someone else post about this on here or another bmw forum..? the car has a wreck on its record from 2003 and has 18x8's all the way around instead of having the wider rear rims like all stock m3's do

thxs everyone :redspot well i did test drive the car and it was ok car felt strong no strang noise ,they are giving a warranty with it and im having BMW give me any info on it, im also getting the police report on it to check what exactly happen in the accident .

i asked the sales man about the car fax history and he told me he would pay for it to be inspected by a bmw dealer to check it all out ,i did notice the car had 18X8s all around but this is the second M3 (same color) in 2 days i see with these exact same wheels and it did confuse me alot :(

any ways i think ill pass this up!
