I heard bilstein sports are 1" shorter than OEM and their Heavy Duty shocks, is that the same for Konis? What is the difference between the Yellow and Red? Ola 01-15-2007, 08:38 AM My old M5. Cris Thats a NICE car!! gets me started on missing my E28 again hehe theseeker411 01-15-2007, 12:12 PM Reds are adjustable for rebound. So I can ride around with a softer or firmer suspension depending on where I spin the adjuster to. Bilsteins aren't rebound adjustable, but I've heard that they are more durable than Konis. Don't quote me on that though. As far as length differences, I have no idea. bmw m5 1988 01-15-2007, 03:50 PM My old M5. Ground Control suspension with Koni Sport dampers.
