is there a company out there that reproduces a portion or all of the wiring harness for the front of the car. I am mostly concerned about the lights n things. I know i have actual breaks under the insulation that seems to be causing me problems? Anyone have any solutions or ideas. I checked with the local bmw dealership they said its not available or its discontinued

No reproduction wiring that I know of but headlights are not that difficult. You can buy new plug pigtails and use off the shelf automotive wire to do it yourself.
