Started working on my friends 335. he plans to take it to VIR this year. Has suspension, wheels and tires on the way. we took it to an exhaust shop to have the rear muffler taken off. system looks good and doesnt sound bad. we kept the cross over pipe cats and resonator but get might do away with them and make a whole catback with a muffler later. system might help the car a touch, if any thing its lighter with out the 50 lb stock muffler. but it will atleast make some sound going past the tower at VIR.

I am mixed... I never really cared for trying to make my 6 sound like an 8, but I know how each have thier own ideas...

Sounds kinda nasty, I think with a BOV on the other end it would make for fun WOT.

whats WOT? i think that sounds like crap. If i buy a 2007 335i is this what i have to look forward to? im confused did you just remove something or did he have custom exhuast put on? well i dont know i kind of like it but i expected it to sound a lot nicer. i have yet to see the car in person but my friends 325i sounds a lot nicer than that and its stock

so you just put different mufflers on?

what ones did you go with?

we went with no mufflers, couldnt find any that we like that werent alot of money, both cats and all the resonators are still on the car, sounds better in person, ill try and get a better movie.
