I have a bad blower motor not sure if it a Bosch or the other brand what ever that is i see no numbers on it
How can i ID this motor

You may want to check the black shroud cover. Usually, Bosch or Sofica is imprinted on the inside of these covers.

if not just measure it, the bosch is larger and will hit the sides of the black covers if your car came equipped with the sofica one. I have a brand new one that i bought by mistake, i think it is Bosch.

Do you have to disassemble stuff in order to find out which brand it is?

I would like to know myself, and I thought you had to practically pull it out to find out which it is.

I had to, but is not a difficult job. I would say 15 minutes tops....

I have a bad fan motor also, any leads to buy one cheap? Bav Auto has them from $134 to $217 depending on which type.
