Bingo. you need the front struts/shocks from an m3 and sway bar in order to fit m3 springs up front.

Wrong. He only needs the front struts to fit the front springs. The M springs will fit the rear no matter what. You do NOT need to get an M front sway bar. I'm actually running a sport non-M front sway bar with M3 end-links. You can leave the sway on your control arms though.

What shocks and struts you running?

Bilstein shocks. It was weird that the Teins gave me a better ride than the stock springs(with the Bilsteins).

i'm not going to put these on my car, i'd rather just get the right springs to begin with. Thanks guys.

You really need to post where you bought these, there's been a lot of fake Tein S Tech springs floating around. Also, post pictures that address the areas mentioned in this warning from tein's site:

do you know the rates on these things? any issues with Bilstein sports? or do you know? Looking for somethign a little lower than my eibachs.

The spring rate for front/rear is 3/168 for the front and 7.8/436 for the rear. They lower the car 1.1 in. in the front and .9 in the rear, over stock.
