Weren't you the guy who came out for a visit late last year?
The bug bit, eh?
I used to drive down Oneawa St a lot to visit a friend on Olomana St. It is a main road connecting two major arteries serving Kailua.
Without knowing the condition of the house, who knows. I won't be across the Pali any time soon, but maybe someone who lives in the area can post a pic. I was able to get the Yahoo map to display a star on the street, but those things can be off by a few blocks.
FWIW, that's the same price a friend got a 3/2 house on Pueo Street in kahala for, and it had a pool and ohana (cottage) out back.
best of luck to ya'

Yeah i went out in October for 3 weeks. Yeah i miss it but miss my bro too and had a great time with my family out there. I talked to my bro tonight and said if you are going to move out here to talk with my cousin and her husband for a job,so i'd either be painting houses or doing construction. Thats the one good benefit having family that owns businesses out there. I'd rather rent a house than an apartment and my brothers roomate is going to iraq till august so if i go out there soon i can crash at his place till i either find my own or all move in together someplace.

I live in Kailua, and I can tell you that there are good areas of Oneawa and not so good areas. If you are serious, you should email the ad and get the physical street address. The house might be great but it's very easy to get questionable neighbors in the area. Not to discourage you, because Kailua is a great place to live, and you'd be close to the beach.

hes right, i live in kailua there are some shady people that live there, especially near the oneawa st. area. but honestly it doesnt matter. its a really nice place, especially if you live close to the beach near N. kalaheo or lanikai:D
