yellow pages - look for steel suppliers. Just make sure to ask for DOM as the wall thicknesses are more consistent. Also want to measure the wall thickness when it's delivered and before you sign for it.

Most will sell in smaller quantities. Might also get a discount if you get odd lengths and drops.

Tube Service Co. - they are in San Diego though, not sure if they have any other locations closer to you. Good prices as along as you buy the full length tubes (20-22 ft) and don't have them do any of the cutting.

Call The Dillsburg Aeroplane Works In Dillsburg, Pa and get their price list. You can get anything from them for building race cars. I'm in CT and I have it two days after I order it. We try and keep sizes down so it can come UPS.

Dillsburg is def an awsome source, largest tube stock in the US. How bad is shipping from them? I was considering just taking a ride down there

They make every effort to keep shipping cost down. If you can keep the sizes so that they can be UPSed then the cost not an issue. So far we have been able to do this for cage bulding, but need to truck some stuff for tube frame building.

I can help you, I'm here in GA.The name of the company is Ryerson steel 770-368-4200 You get a better price if you buy $250. or more I think.

I think 1.75x.095 DOM is the way to go.

Yea, I was goint to say that his tube size was rather large ... oooppps, that didn't come out so good..:cool
Maybe 1.5x.120, or 1.75x.095. Also pick up some 1.75 (if that's the size you are going with) x .065 for those non manditory bars.
