The back end is still going to have to do ALOT of growing on me... Front not so much.

back end looks like a new civic coupe. But you know its gonna look freakin sweet in person.

Huge gap in the front bumper for an intercooler, maybe?

I think it looks good, im sure it will need time to get used to, just like all the other new BMW's out there.

Huge gap in the front bumper for an intercooler, maybe?I noted that too - then I got to thinking, why would BMw do that when NA is SOOO much more track friendly.

Agreed.

Bigger engine, hopefully doesn't weigh much more than the current one... She should be a nice ride.

We still don't know exactly what its going to look like. I honestly think BMW is doing a really good job in terms of not allowing pictures to leak and video of the car uncloked.

The new X5's specs and pictures weren't released until like the week before the big unveiling. Even my dealership buddy couldn't get a press-kit with a shot of the latest generation X5 until they start arriving at the local port.
