My company has a few positions open in Software development.

We are located in Beverly Hills and the pay starts ay DOE 70k-130k.

Here is a brief description on one of the positions:

.Net Engineer
Beverly Hills, CA

The .Net Engineer will work in the Software Engineering Department alongside the Systems Engineering, Creative, Database Engineering, and Project/Product departments. The .Net Engineer will work closely with Software Engineering Leads, the Director of Software Engineering, and the Software Engineering Manager in developing new features for our products, managing the development of those features through deployment, and aiding in maintaining the various systems that run the production sites. The .Net Engineer will be working on a large-scale enterprise level system that is a three-tiered architecture. The system currently supports several million page views a day and up to 300mb of traffic during peak times.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Beverly Hills, CA

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing full planning and forecasting support to our business unit and executive management teams. The FP&A Manager will be the primary person responsible for preparing the company’s operating plan/budget, preparing ROI analysis, summarizing conclusions and giving recommendations.

The right candidate will have an understanding of online subscription models and possess the ability to design financial models, monitor key industry and company trends, and provide performance management feedback. Other key duties include maintaining the company’s budget information system (Microsoft Forecaster) in accordance with our accounting department (Great Plains), and overseeing the development of operating metrics with our systems group.

We needed someone yesterday.

In a few years is probably not going to work for us.

Plus, to make big money in IT, you need lots of experience. We would never hire fresh off the boat college kids, unless they are th best of the best.
