I bought me the plastic tinted convertible window for my BMW.. I live in the Bronx.. And every time i take my window to be replaced. They run away from my care like if it has the plague. Mose people are scared to work on BMW's. Any way i took it to one shop that works on convertible tops and they informed me that the new window will never seal properly and i will have leaking problems...........

If anyone, knows a place where they replace the rear plastic window in the NY area replaced please give me a name and number. Because i bought the window in the summer. And still i have not found someone to put it in......
thanks...

Also iam pretty new to this forum.. i want to know how to post a picture... thx

You can only post pics and use smileys after a certain amount of posts. I believe 100.

Do a search on this forum and it seems that replacing your window isn't that bad of a DIY (do it yourself) task.

Looks like a new vert window has an hour or so left on ebay for a fair price if anyone is interested.
