I can help you for sure with springs/struts and UD pulleys.. i have the tools for that and have done them on a handful of cars. I wouldn't mind attempting the M50 manifold if you have all the parts, but that i've not done before. As for cams, i don't have the tools. I'm in Chula Vista so not too far. PM me if interested...

If you have all the parts it should only take about 1 hour to do the swap. The most difficult part is taking out bolt number 6 in the back of the engine to remove the stock manifold. I had a hella of a time on that one:mad
