The Track will be close to Salisbury, and on the site plans it says Spencer, so it's around 40 miles or so SW of Greensboro right along I-85.

I wonder if this petition is too late. High Rock's website shut down sometime late last year. At one time they were saying the track would be operational in 2007.

Hopefully they have just changed their web address.
