Ok guess so it is time for me to get my first car and i have just about 1000 to spend on it show me what you got!!! I would prefer it to be manual and it MUST be it working order! I now live in Florida so anywhere in Florida or if good enough deal then surrounding states will also be considered.

Yeah, in florida its not hard to get a title reissued. Maybe a day at DMV and 150 bucks at most.
