Quite unfortunate for me, was traveling back home to College Station in my car when I was pulled over by a Police Officer in Navarro County.

He openly admitted to not clocking me, but wrote me a ticket for "Unsafe speeds," which in lieu carries a hefty fine of $250.

I was also written a ticket for No Front License Plate. :rolleyes

Nevertheless, I was calling upon the help of one of Resident Lawyers, or for someone to point me in a helpful direction, to help cure this situation. I am obviously willing to pay for any sort of law assistance I recieve in order to hopefully get this ticket(s) dismissed. (I am pretty sure I can get the no front license plate dismissed)

Appreciate it.

Major drag getting pinched by Johnny Law. Curious how the front license plate violation works out. Good luck.

in most cases, license plate thing is easy, you put it on, they look at it and dismiss it.

Yea, I figured that I could put it on, and have it dismissed. But the major issue I am worried about is the speeding ticket.

Whom is our resident lawyer for the Texas Section?

what ever you do, fight it, even if you have to go to court yourself. good luck. take pictures of your newly installed plate (so the judge and prosecutor can see it).
