After swapping out my engine, the car will not start. The problem is that there is that the fuel pump isn't pumping (will pump if jumped) and the car won't spark. Seems like it's because of some type of immobilizer. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Btw, I have a viper model 350hv. Thanks

That alarm is not supposed to be performing any kind of ignition or fuel kill.

It should be starter kill only.

If I get too detailed in public I describe hotwiring. So I won't. But any mechanic should be able to figure this out...

Actually, I was with a mechanic trying to fix this, and couldn't figure it out. So right now, I doubt it's the alarm, is there any specific reason why I'm not getting fuel or spark? The dme is good, cps is good, and relays/fuses are good as well. Is it true that we have a fuse in our trunk that controls ignition/fuel?
