My car was stolen this afternoon 12-20-06 from my apartment's garage. The apartment is located on Park Lane, in Dallas, near Abrams. A neighbor says she saw two men leave in it between 4 and 5. One was identified as a black male between 6' and 6'2" 160-180 pounds. If you see this car or know anyone that has please contact me or the Dallas police dept.

I am posting this for my roommate. Our condo was robbed earlier this evening and they made off with the skylark, my denon turntables, a laptop, a crate of hip hop records and my engagement ring.
The tables are denon dp-dj151's. These tables are somewhat rare and are no longer made anymore so not many people have them. I doubt anyone has any they are willing to sell.
The buick is also extremely rare (only 5000) and in ivory white even moreso, There is only one other in the dallas area like it.
If you see or hear about either one of these items please notify me or him.

Topher called me, might have spotted this Buick!!!!

License plate starts with the letters 'HJH' ... heading West on 635 LBJ over by the High Five Interchange, going slow on the highway, guy in a black Mercury Grand Marquis behind him. Very ghetto looking Grand Marquis, looked like a friend was following him. They are pulled over under the overpasses right now, the Buick looked as if it was broken down.

Topher called the police & it has been dispatched.

we confirmed it WAS his car that i saw.. i would have stopped, but there were two cars, and confirmed car theives, and i don't carry weapons.. sorry :( but i did call the police, and the OP has confirmed that IS his car...

the car following him was a black grand marquis or crown vic or something with dark tint...

i really wish in retrospect i'd have gotten the black car's license plate but they were already running up beside me and i didn't want to be spotted/remembered/noticed/etc... he pulled over shortly on the side of the road.. i HOPE he left the car stranded scared... he also either couldn't get it in 2nd gear or whatnot, or blew up the tranny, because he was doing 20-25 on the highway and revving it up each time... i hope the car's okay when they do find it :(

no problem at all man, i knew posting here would be a good idea. The car is my roommates with whom you spoke with earlier, Michael. He is out there right now, dont know whether the car is still there or not but there are now police officers all over the place out there.

Well we have a friend inside the dpd that took the police report into the weekly meeting and notified every officer about the car and gave them all the info so they were already looking for it, and the fact that now we know a location helps a lot. Im not sure whats going down right now, havnt spoken to mike in an hour or so but hopefully the car is in the area.

Okay, about 30 mins ago I was in the area & they had most of the EASTBOUND lanes closed up just under the bridge. We were on Central Expwy getting onto 635 Westbound.

Didn't see what was going on though....there might be a chop shop under that bridge. :shifty

that's awesome.. i hope it's in good condition... if the tranny's blown (like my assumption from his driving), that can probably be repaired much easier than any other possible damage...
