I just wanted to put a good word in for them. I had a customer that needed a Sachs Clutch Kit overnighted. We later found out that one of the parts was missing from the LTW flywheel that the guy ordered from us, so we contacted Channing at Bimmerworld back at 5:36 pm eastern time to see if he could do anything about it. Mind you, we had driven to 2 BMW dealerships, entered the part # into the BMW Parts Locator, and not ONE dealership in the US stocked it. So Channing told us he needed to make a phone call and then call us back about it to see if he could locate one. He called us back at 5:58 to inform us that he found one, and went on ahead and put it on overnight to the fella. UPS Stops overnight shipping at 2:00, so to add to that, they SPECIALLY droped it off at Airborne Express on there way home so that it could be at my customers door by this morning. NEVER have I once heard of retailer in the automotive industry doing this. My props go to Channing at Bimmerworld. Great guy, and great company.
