So im currently going to college studying automotives and theres always this guy with a black mustang with flowmasters in the shop trying to talk about my car. so tonight i finally caught up with him at a stoplight down the street from the school and i asked him if he wanted to go and he just revved his engine. so the light turns green and we take off and i get about half a car on him going into second and just nail the throttle keeping it pinned and kept going, at the end of the street we were doing close to 105 and i had a full car on him. I cant wait till next week to hear how pissed he is about gettin stomped by a little e30. :D

nice kill...v6 mustangs aren't a problem for e30s and neither are some stock 5.0 *pre-95* aren't much of a challenge either

95 was the last year of the 5.0, HP levels were about the same from 85-95. In 94/95 the SN95 body was a bit heavier. I have a E30 325is and have driven stock 5.0 Stangs, IMO a good running 5.0 Stang vs good running E30, both stock, the E30 doesn't have a chance in a straight drag. Put some turns in there and it is a different story!

I can see that being true...I've only had 1 run in with a v8 mustang, we weren't racing per say, most like he was trying to keep me from gettin in his lane, we both looked at each made eye contact and then i dropped it in 2nd at around 30mph and got the jump on him, I hear him get on it soon after but it was too late I had already put about 1.5 car lengths on him so i could get over infront of him. we were comin up to a light but I had to turn off just before the light. I should of lined up with him to go from a dig but i didnt have time to play around.
