Was a project my dad and I worked on since I was about 12 or 13. Worked on it for a few years restoring it, and i drove it for 3 yrs in high school until we got an offer we couldn't turn down for it . I wouldn't change it though, if we hadn't sold the car I would have never been introduced to BMW's. The timing was right, and there was a gorgeous '93 525i 5-spd for sale down the street which was looking very practical. I had no idea I would be obsessed with the bavarian machines for this long.

My very first car. I worked two summer's digging ditches to save up the money for the down payment. My dad wouldn't even let me drive it home from the dealer. I had to sit in the drive way and practice taking off going backwards and forwards until I got used to the clutch before he'd let me on the road. But once he did it was a match made in heaven. A lot of adventures in that car... Oh to be young again.

ecorrea21 12-14-2006, 09:32 PM 2006 VW Passat 2.0T FSI (company owned) For a car as large as my E-39 it moved with ease through the twisties with all the torque available at 1800 RPM's and up.
While not as fast my 97 528i still is a more balanced car.
I move to Texas so I had to give it up :crying but not before I drove the shit out of it:buttrock
Probably my 240, but I did really like my first Integra even tho' it was ass slow. '98 Integra GS 5 speed. Was a pretty fun car to drive for the most part. If it were RWD I might have even gotten another one, but FWD was the only real fault of the thing.

weaksauce 12-16-2006, 12:37 PM 1990 chevy x-cab with 6 15's and an air ride system back in 96-97. back then no one had air bags so it was cool because it was different.
my bike is my current favorite ride followed by the jeep. The m3 is on the bottom of the list currently.....

Privatepilot83 12-18-2006, 10:42 PM OK, forget all the hype, Corvettes?, they ride like trucks, Muscle cars? (Mustangs, Road Runners, Chevelles) they were fun once, Common, Honda? you've got to be kidding, other imports? Jags, Triumphs, Porches, Jensen Healys? I've had them all, it really comes down to being subjective to the person driving them (and the date you have with you.) Mine favorite was a 1979 Dodge Magnum, High Gloss Black with red striping and no Vynal roof, Blacked out windows, T-Tops, Blood Red Velor interior, 400 Lean Burn and Red & Chrome honey comb rims. It had a great cassette stereo with graphic equalizer, back then, optional. Now you know what I was doing during the disco era! :)
Privatepilot83 12-18-2006, 10:48 PM uh oh, my son says the 1992 Dodge Stealth RT Twin Turbo is the best. 385 bhp, all wheel drive, 4 wheel steering, electronically adjustable suspension and exhaust. oh yeah, it has to be in the Blue color! But what does he know, he drives a Jetta VSX.
Frost 12-18-2006, 11:03 PM uh oh, my son says the 1992 Dodge Stealth RT Twin Turbo is the best. 385 bhp, all wheel drive, 4 wheel steering, electronically adjustable suspension and exhaust. oh yeah, it has to be in the Blue color! But what does he know, he drives a Jetta VSX.
The Civic hatch i have is fun to drive, my rally car, never rallyed it but it feels like it since i cut the springs for fun. It was my beater and saved me alot on gas, overall it was fun.
Oh and the Stealth isnt 385, my friend has one, theyre fast but not that great and another friend of mines has a 3000gt VR4 too. Haha once they break, aahhh man good luck!!!
