I'm in the process of buying a used rear bumper for my car which was hit and run. It came from the factory with the lowers painted.

If I buy a bumper that wasn't painted on the bottom will it have a different texture than one fully painted from the factory?

As far as I know, the bumpers are the same.

Does everybody agree on this?
