I just stumbled across a nice little car and I was wondering if everyone here can help me with an approximate value of the car.

1986 BMW 535I - 5 Speed Manual - RWD - 314452 KM

Upgrades:
Performance chip (claims 22HP and 30LB/Ft torque, you can instantly feel the difference)
K&N air intake (a bit more tubing will make it a cold air system if you want)
Zex electric secondary fuel pump (good to 600HP)
Bavarian auto sport adjustable high flow fuel pressure reg
Zex NOS kit w/ 125hp jet (needs a bottle and not installed but it will only take a couple of hours to do)
Sachs Performance Clutch kit.
Bavarian auto sport short shift kit
'89 540I rear suspension installed (car doesn’t squat when you hit the gas and takes corners like it's on rails)
Front end lowered 1/2"
KYB Sport shocks
16" rims and tires (road tires)
4 16" road racing slicks (haven’t had a chance to use em yet)
Polyurethane control arm bushings
Custom metallic blue paint
Aftermarket racing seats in the front (still have the stock leathers if you want them)
10,000RPM tach as the chip rises the rev limit
Air fuel gauge not connected yet though
JVC MP3 deck
Kenwood rear deck speakers
Power, RCA, and speaker wire run to the truck for amps
Roof mounted antenna (taken from a new VW, this is functional not just for looks, old fender antenna removed and smoothed out)
Euro head lights (brighter low beam and they just look cooler

So the KM's kinda bothered but these repairs make me more comfortable about it.
Repairs:
Rust (all rust was cut out and replaced with steel taken from scrap yard bmw fenders, this car is all steel not bondo)
Sunroof replaced
Doors replaced
Windshield replaced (lock was leaking and windshield didn't look so good after 20 years)
Battery replaced (used a $250 German one)
Alternator replaced
Breaks (pads and rotors 2 years ago only about 10,000km)
Head rebuild (this summer haven’t driven it since)
All new top end gaskets
Driveshaft rebuilt
Center bearing replaced
All transmission seals replaced
Passenger’s axle shaft replaced
Power window buttons replaced

The shift upgrades have about 3000-5000km claimed km's.
The shocks are about 2 years old
The head rebuild has not even been driven yet
Car is currently at the shop for some exhaust fix

I was thinking the $6000-$7000 CDN range, your input would be great guys!

P.S Pictures I have and the body is looking really good I must say!

First off, it's not an E34. It doesn't belong in this sub-forum.

Aside from that...a high-mileage, heavily modified E28 that if I'm reading correctly, hasn't yet run since a head rebuild? With a nitrous kit and all? Market value is really kinda meaningless on such a modified (not to mention old) car...6-7k CDN doesn't sound outlandish, but I'm not sure what would.

89 540i rear suspension?

What, didn't you hear about the ultra-rare Extra-Special Edition pre-production 540i in 1989? Man, what a n00b...:)

Yeah, if that's what this car is advertised as having, stay far, far away.

Well then unless I find a clean E36 I think its time for some JDM :(
