Anyone know what the dimensions are of the e46 vs. the e34? It does look wider, no doubt.

I looked up numbers for the e46 sedan. I wonder if he has a fender flare kit or something, but the e34 is 0.4" wider than the e46. E46 is 0.1" taller. E34 is a lot longer, almost 10". The angle of the shot also may be affecting it.

Also in case your curious, 325i sedan Curb Weight - Automatic (lb.) 3307; 525i Curb Weight - Automatic (lb.) 3560.

The E46 is an M3, and those are only coupes. The M's look a little bulkier with the hood buldge and widebody.

Amazing how dual headlight look really stands out now. You almost never see it unless you are looking at a classic. Oh yeah, I am. ;)
